OneWeigh offers a medically assisted weight loss programme that primarily focuses on weight loss. By using Lipolytic (hCG) & One-G capsules in combination with a very low calorie eating plan customized to your personal profile & lifestyle. You will lose up to 30% more abnormally stored and unwanted/stubborn fat as opposed to a reduced calorie diet on its own.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The combination of the medication (Lipolytic & One-G capsules)  and the specially formulated eating plan will trigger the body to tap into your abnormal fat stores as a source of energy. By tapping into your fat reserves you will release a substance called leptin that will trigger your satiety centre in your brain and give you a feeling of “fullness”.

WHY THE 1000 KCAL EATING PLAN – VLCD (VERY LOW CALORIE DIET)?

hCG causes your Hypothalamus to mobilize fat out of the fat storage locations so that it is available for use. While you are only consuming 1000 kcal, your Hypothalamus is continually releasing the fat stored in your body. Because of this, your body is actually operating on thousands of calories a day. WHAT IS LIPOLYTIC?

Lypolytic is a natural product that will trigger lipolysis (breaking down fat) and blocking lipogenesis (absorbing energy into fat cells) if combined with a reduced calorie eating plan.

WHO IS THE RIGHT CANDIDATE TO JOIN OneWeigh?

The majority of men and women can use hCG for weight loss. It is recommended that dieters consult an expert concerning your weight loss along with the appropriate implementation of the hCG protocol. The experts will NOT permit the hCG weight loss programme for women who are pregnant or breast feeding

IS IT HEALTHY TO LOSE 0.5 TO 1KG PER DAY?

ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

There are rarely side effects reported whilst on the OneWeigh program for weight loss. When the hCG is used for fertility reasons, the larger amount is used to cause occasional headaches, and pregnancy symptoms. However, the amount differences between the hCG diet protocol and hCG used for fertility purposes is significantly different in quantity.

WILL I BE HUNGRY?

On hCG, the vast majority of our clients indicate they were either not hungry (unlike other diets where they are starving), or they felt in control and surprisingly little hunger and had plenty of energy. That aligns perfectly with Dr. Simeons’ theories about the fat-releasing properties of hCG; in essence, hCG is helping you get the majority of energy and calories form stored fat instead of only food in your stomach. Everyone is different – and some report milder hunger in the first week as their body adjusts – but it has become very clear that the healthy hCG eating plan is something very special, something out of the ordinary. It is most definitely NOT just a “500-calorie diet”. People who faithfully follow that protocol as outlined by Dr. Simeons in our materials, and stick to it will see fantastic results!

WILL I GAIN WEIGHT BACK AFTER THE OneWeigh PROGRAMME?

We strongly suggest that our clients finish the maintenance program after they have reached their goal weight. After your OneWeigh journey you will find that your appetite has changed, eating behaviour will have changed and your body will of course changed too. This is the perfect opportunity to adopt a healthy lifestyle to maintain your weight. You will find that a minimum amount of exercise will be sufficient for maintaining a very healthy body, anything from Yoga to 20 minutes of Cardio a day (whatever you enjoy that gets your heart rate up). With your hypothalamus reset, your metabolism will be different and you will be able to eat moderately without feeling the need to overeat

IS hCG SAFE FOR MEN?

The hCG used for the hCG weight loss protocol is actually already found in men. In fact, it is present in every human tissue, including males and non-pregnant women as well as pregnant women

DO I HAVE TO EXCERSISE WHILE ON THE WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY?

No. exercise is not a mandatory part of the program. Vigorous exercise may increase the amount of weight you lose whilst on this plan, it is not a significant increase and is not recommended, because on a 500 calorie eating plan you can easily become too exhausted. This leads to discouragement and frustration. However, we do recommend moderate activity for all of the other benefits you receive, including stress relief and cardiovascular health.

If you are already accustomed to exercising at a certain level and would like to continue, do so, but do not overdo it. Pay attention to your body’s response. Scale down the intensity of the workouts if (1) you don’t have the energy to get through it; (2) you start feeling ill or light headed; (3) you gain weight the next day; or (4) you don’t have the energy to get through the day after you work out.

Alternatively for those who want to exercise, you can walk for 20 – 30 minutes daily. Walking is great exercise and contributes to your health in a variety of ways. When you are finished with the hCG regimen and are back on a regular eating plan you can then pick up the intensity of your exercise routines
